      Answer:

         Absolutely!!!

         You'll be purchasing your gift certificate through Paypal which is safe and secure, and
         you can choose to buy for any amount from $5.00 to $1,000.00.

         The recipient must have to have a Paypal account to use the certificate.

         Upon receipt, all they need to do is enter the certificate number at the time of checkout
         to receive their gift. You can send it by e-mail or print it out and deliver it in person.

         There are no expiration dates on these certificates. Store prices are subject to change.

         Sorry, but no. We're strictly cyberspace guys!

         That saves us a lot of money on overhead so that we can keep your prices low.

         We DO NOT accept local pickups.

      Answer:

         We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

         make their purchases. At checkout it is important to complete all of the required information.
         Bear in mind that there is a $20.00 minimum order on this website and California residents
         will pay 9.25% sales tax.

      Answer:

         Yes, the minimum order is $20.00.

         It appears that your website is missing some of its graphics and buttons. What's up?

      Answer:

         Unfortunately some browsers will not display this website well. We have found that some
         older versions of Internet Explorer and AOL browsers will not display our buttons and other
         site features.

         If you find this to be the case, we highly recommend either using another browser (such as
         Netscape, Firefox, Safari, Opera etc.) or upgrade to a newer version of your current browser.



      Question:

         I've searched through your store and still can't find what I'm looking for. Any suggestions?

      Answer:

         We carry over 1000 tin sign designs with new arrivals coming in regularly and we'll be adding
         a variety of other items in the future. However we have also partnered with a large group of
         sellers on Amazon.com and hand picked a huge number of items you might be interested in,
         including over 500 tin signs we don't carry.

        Do you ship internationally?

      Answer:

        No, at this time we only ship to the United States, APO's and U.S. territories.



      Question:

        What is your return policy?

      Answer:

        We have a no return policy on most items, with a one exception.

        Items are represented as accurately as possible in our photographs, but there will almost
        always be slight variations in color due to the lighting we use in our photography and the wide         variety of computer monitor color variations.

        The one exception to our return policy is a surface flaw that we may have missed during our
        pre-shipping inspection. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and can request         either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

        Most of our UPS shipments are insured and should they be damaged in transit we will gladly help
        you file a claim.

        All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

        Other than that, all sales are final.

        How long will it take for my items to arrive?

      Answer:

        Generally speaking, we ship all of our packages on the next business day. Sometimes
        sooner if possible. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


        Domestic Shipping:

        U.S.P.S. PRIORITY: Generally 2-3 Working Days

        - This option is available to ALL U.S. addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses
           and U.S. territories. This method is required for all P.O. Box deliveries.

           Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska APO's and U.S. territories will take slightly longer.

        U.S.P.S. GROUND: Generally 5-7 Working Days

        - This is our standard method of delivery. We charge a flat rate on all UPS ground shipments.

           UPS will ship to all U.S. addresses with the exception of P.O. boxes. Prices to Alaska, Hawaii,
           APO addresses and U.S. territories are slightly more. UPS Ground shipments generally are
           covered by insurance in the event of loss or damage.

        U.P.S. Next Day Air: Next Business Day

        - This option is available to all U.S. destinations including APO's and U.S. terrorities excluding
           P.O. Boxes. For P.O. deliveries, please choose U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.

        U.P.S. 2nd Day Air: Two Business Days

        - This option is available to all U.S. destinations including APO's and U.S. terrorities excluding
           P.O. Boxes. For P.O. deliveries, please choose U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.

        U.P.S. 3 DAY SELECT: Three Business Days

        - This option is available to all U.S. destinations including APO's and U.S. terrorities excluding
           P.O. Boxes. For P.O. deliveries, please choose U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.

        Whenever possible we will send you a tracking number. If you have any problems with
        delivery, please Contact Us and we will check on the delivery status for you.

        Is there a minimum purchase amount on this website?

      Answer:

        Yes, in order to complete your checkout you must make a minimum purchase of $20.00.

         Some of the items I want are listed as out of stock. How soon will you have them available?

      Answer:

         That varies according to the popularity of the item. Because of our ever changing selection          we generally only carry small quantities of each product. If an item doesn't sell well we will          discontinue it. Generally we re-stock our most popular items bi-monthly, but if we get requests          we'll certainly try to get them listed sooner.
